Barking Regus has some good and bad points. When driving into the area where the Regus building, I was greeted with 10-15 men walking towards my car, waving to get my attention, which was very scary being a lady on my own. However, I quickly pulled in the little space outside the offices and was greeted by Wilfred - who was brilliant. He came out to help me park and waited till I got into the building. Kitchen area, had hot water, coffee, cups, etc... but the only thing is no milk, so I would advise just to take some with you The room I had was very bright, cool and clean. This place is a SCAM.. I thought I was ordering a shoe rack from Bed Bath and Beyond but instead I got a bogus company charging my card with this name and address. I requested a refund 6 times and they kept saying they would give me one and NOTHING. Then tries to send me a shipping confirmation but with no information. Dirty. Cigarette butts on the floor in the revolving door. Plug sockets are filthy. The people in the meeting room I heard their entire conversation. I have been renting the office since December 2021, it initially started with three months, and little did I know that after three months, they had increased the rent by nearly £90 each month for a very small unit without sending me an email or phone call to discuss this. I raised the issue with the front desk staff on 29.05.22, and until today I have not had any explanation as to why my rent was increased and charged a deposit twice. I was told my case would be forwarded to head office, and I am still waiting to hear back from this company after three weeks. I made numerous calls every week and was given the same excuse we will get back to you. I have even used their online account log in to contact still no response.If these people fail to resolve my issue and decrease my rent, I will never use this company, and I will warn all the others too. When it comes to charging the rent, they will take money out of your account ten days before the due date, but when it comes to resolving something, they are nowhere to be found.
