I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. The advice given was inadequate, and the handling of my case was unsatisfactory. Despite presenting substantial medical evidence and having the agreement of two top UK surgeons, the case was unfortunately not resolved in my favor. My experience with Rebecca Malthouse was challenging, particularly in terms of communication and approach to the case.
