I reached a turning point in my career and although I enjoy what I do I’ve thought about changing carers for a while. I tentatively broached Lydia as I was apprehensive about what she could do to support me and guide me if I wasn’t even sure what I wanted.
I need not of worried Lydia is fabulous. She’s positive and offers direction for the goals you are hoping to achieve. Lydia really listens to your fears and apprehension without ever making you feel it’s beyond reach. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people achieve their goals and I also have a great passion for process improvement. I am never phased by problems and am a natural problem solver - there are always so many different ways to get from A to B!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As I have grown older, I have come to a point at which I feel that being an employee now inhibits my passion and creativity. Starting out on my own feels like the logical next step.
