We have a sense of satisfaction after a property clearance, knowing we have helped a family with a loved ones property or a landlord who's had to deal with difficult tenants. We are proud that we choose recycling or reuse over landfill.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a family run business and we understand the emotion behind every property clearance. We only use boxed vans (no cages) giving our customers privacy no matter the reason for the clearance. We will always put our customers and their families first.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always carry the correct PPE in our vehicles. Should we be asked, before entering a property, to wear masks etc, we will of course respect that request.

Commercial Clearance
Office down-sizing to entire shop clear-outs, Laycie Services offer a dedicated and highly skilled team who will ensure your project is carried out at the highest standard. We can collect all types of waste such as, hazardous, recycling, furniture including POPs (soft furnishings), fridges, WEEE (electrical waste), confidential waste and metals. Safety is paramount and so our team will always be equipped and ready to work with safety boots, hard hat and hi visibility jackets where necessary.
Probate
We understand the circumstance surrounding a clearance can be difficult. Laycie Services will only ever use covered vehicles, no open cages, so whatever we remove is done so discreetly. We pride ourselves on offering our services with sensitivity, care and compassion.

We hold an Environment Agency Waste Carriers License – You can trust that any waste collections are done so legally.
