Edging
Edging is done with a edging machine to make clean cut between the lawn and patio or path and pavements. This cannot be used where gravel is present due to possibility of stone shooting causing damage.
Strimming/ brush cutting
Strimming around trees, bushes, walls and other places where mower does not reach/fit as a finishing touch.

Where brambles and similar unwanted growing monsters are need to be cut down
Rough cutting and solar panel field cutting
Rough cutting is ideal where there is no need for grass just needs to be kept low, rough cutter will deal with saplings thick bramble and similar obstacles.
This does not collect grass, it works similarly to mulcher.
It is also great for cutting grass in solar panel fields as the cutting deck is enclosed and can work on slow revolutions.
Extreme weeding
Extreme weeding might sound funny, but here is the way it works.
This is done with a trommel, (tumbeling sifter)
Everyone who has ever done weeding in large garden knows how time consuming this can be and still there is a lot left unseen.
Here about 2-3 inches of soil is removed and sieved , weeds will get stuck in sifter , unwanted stone and sticks are separated and clean soil is then returned back to garden/ flower beds...
