What do you love most about your job?
We take great pride and pleasure in seeing our clients change. By change we mean they go from someone working every hour to working the hours they want and taking control of their business.
Seeing business grow is also a great part of what we do and taking businesses owners from one level to another. Building up relaionships with the client is very important and taking ownership of our role with the business owner, business or staff is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a passion to help businesses. I worked in a firm of accountants helping struggling businesses. I qualified in the accountancy profesion and then decided to set up Laurus. By the way 'Laurus' is the latin word for success. My passion is to help as many businesses as possible become succesful. I am also inspired by seeing other business owners follow their dreams of which we can help.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am qualified as an Insolvency Practitioner and worked in this area of business for over 25 years. I use this experience now to help people in business avoid the many pitfalls that are out there. The major problem with most failures is the lack of planning. By using our services we bring planning and accountability to you and your chosen path.

We have always provided our services online and will continue to do so. We will use the platform that is most suited to the business/business owner.
Business Coaching
Business coaching is a process used to take a business from where it is now to where the business owner wants it to be. We ask the client accountability questions and being challenge them. The business owner finds a path, a solution, to get them from point A to point B and builds up their knowledge and confidence along the way.
Business Mentoring
We are an experienced and trusted adviser who have ‘Been There and Done That’. We have walked in your shoes, built a successful business, made mistakes, picked themselves back up and everything in between. With a mentor, you are buying all those years of experience and investing in yourself and your business. We will help you make decisions, tell you what to do and how to do it.
