Lauren is an amazing personal trainer. Each session she pushed my fitness level and motivated me to carry on when I would usually stop! She is very friendly and will plan each session personally for you. I have had a number of sessions with Lauren now and I can’t recommend her enough! Before starting my sessions with her I used to struggle getting motivated in the gym, I’d do 20 mins on the treadmill and think that’s enough, but after I had my first session with Lauren I realised that is how I should feel leaving the gym! thank you for motivating me and pushing me to keep going! she is an amazing PT and I highly recommend her! I would highly recommend Lauren as a personal trainer for anyone, she adapts each exercise to suit your personal goals and needs. When I started training with Lauren I felt really weak and struggled with any weight exercises but after just a few lessons I instantly felt a difference both physically and mentally.
