I started training with Lauren 1 year and a half ago. My main focus was to lose weight but I also wanted to improve my training and get stronger.
Lauren has been absolutely amazing. She has always gone above and beyond any other personal trainer I’ve had. Not only has she supported me through the UK lockdown with Skype sessions and check ins, but she’s helped me lose about 20kgs! Her constant support and encouragement has been a huge help. I wouldn’t be where I am without her.
My strength has increased as well as my confidence. I’m a completely different now to the person I was when I first started training with Lauren.
