What do you love most about your job?
I love to be able to help people feel better, and eventually *Thrive. I have a real passion for Mental Health, and having lived experience, I'm very passionate about helping people recover and live the life they deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I experienced hardships myself, and decided I wanted to train as a Solution focused Hypnotherapist, and Psychotherapist. I have always been a person who interacts well with others one on one. And, I knew that becoming a Therapist would be a perfect fit for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have lived experience of Mental Health. So I have a great understanding of what my clients go through on a daily basis. I'm extremely understanding, and empathetic. I also have a friendly nature, I'm an easy going person with a sense of humour. I offer a free discovery call for people who would like to see if we're a good fit. As I feel its important to find the right Therapist for you.

Yes. I work online, world wide. Solution focused Hypnotherapy is just as effective online as it is face to face. I provide sessions via Zoom, or Microsoft teams.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online sessions. This has always been a safe option.
