I began working with launch brand me in December and I have been extremely pleased with what Ese has created for my brands.
As a new entrepreneur all I had was ideas and basic sketches. Ese was patient, took time to understand me, my business and desired branding. I am pleased with my website and feel Ese went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.
My business is an online business and I needed a booking system that would enable customers to book appointments, be sent a teams link and notify me of the booking. Ese worked tirelessly to create this to ensure it was efficient and made my life running the business easier. I am over the moon with the current booking system.
The logo that I required was complex and other graphic designers had struggled to create it in the exact way I envisaged, however Ese persisted and it is perfect and I am so excited for my next steps. What makes a great website?
A great website is one that is easy to use and navigate, with clear and concise information that is relevant to the user. It should be visually appealing, with a simple and effective design that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The content should be well-written and accurate, with a focus on delivering value to the reader. Ultimately, a great website is one that provides an enjoyable and valuable experience for the user.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I have a client discovery form that I walk through with clients to understand more about the job, it contains a few questions that can be filled in or answered over the phone. We do this to help us better understand the client and give them an overall better experience.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing a happy client, and being able to deliver what is expected and exceed that to put a smile on the client's face, makes it worth all the effort.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to create a business that would allow me more opportunities for interaction with people outside of my usual corporate clientele. These days, we work remotely, so the level of interaction and diversity of projects is not as diverse as it once was, so it seemed like a good time to venture further.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a one-stop shop for all of your business needs, from logo design to web design and hosting to photography. I can handle anything that comes my way with ease because no matter what the client's skill level is or how complicated their project might seem - happy to be a guide through the journey of getting your new brand online.

Because of my extensive experience working remotely, I'm able to offer all services online and on-demand. Since 2020 it's become a staple in the way that we work as professionals, I can offer these same capabilities now - on the other hand, am always happy to meet with clients face-to-face when necessary!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working remotely helps avoid any problems, so whether the client initially prefers a face-to-face, the infrastructure is there if necessary to transition into online work quickly and effectively
Web Development to go
Right now I build using React, ReactNative JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS.
I also know how to build and customize in CMSs Like WordPress, SquareSpace, Wix, Shopify, Webflow etc.
I do backend on occasion but nothing intensive AWS, Nodejs, Google Firestore, Azure etc.
Also help to deal with all kinds of hosting issues on GoDaddy, Hostgator and all the others.
Outside of that I am very flexible and have had some interactions with various coding languages including .Net, Python, Solidity (Crypto Contract language), Java and Apple Swift.
