Popped in for a Patch Test using the Soprano Titanium ICE laser machine. Was looked after by Jarek who was so nice and relaxed, patient and professional and answered all my questions. LaserYou are so professional and really look after you from the minute you make an appointment to greeting you at the door. I was a little nervous when I went in for my first tattoo laser removal session, but Ray was really understanding and talked me through the process step by step. Previously had 5 laser treatments elsewhere. Not much changed. Decided to do my research on type of lasers and LaserYou had what seemed to be the best laser in the country. Had my first session, and it had a far bigger effect than the 5 previous sessions COMBINED did, plus more! Shariff who does my treatment is very professional, helpful, friendly, and most importantly puts you at ease, in a non intimidating environment. I only got my tattoo in September 2017, and hated it straight away! I thought about leaving it but it was visible all the time. Deciding to get laser removal treatment is just as scary if not more than getting a tattoo in the first place, but I'm so happy I went to LaserYou instead of putting it off for a couple of years. They are very friendly and helpful, any queries that I email them with are answered within a day. The deals and guarantees they offer also help massively with the cost. Had a course of sessions with the very professional and lovely Mina a couple of years ago for hair removal on my legs. She put me at my ease and explained everything excellently. The results were amazing and I was so pleased as I had always suffered badly with ingrowing hairs after waxing. I originally decided to go with LaserYou purely because of the Picosure laser as it is the most effective laser for tattoo removal and I’m so glad I did! Sharif is very knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. He makes you feel completely welcome from the minute you arrive and although it’s over an hours drive from where I live, it’s worth making the trip for the standard of care and customer service provided. Alter having a patch test at the one of the well know clinics with Q Switch laser - I was disappointed . I was looking for a salon who has a Picosure machine to compare the result. Luckily I found LaserYou! They were very helpful via email and phone too. So friendly, kind and professional! The place is very nice, clean and easy to find.They explained everything thoroughly during consultation before my patch test.After the patch test-the head of the bird -Just one word: Vow!!! Extremely quick - few second- without numb cream was absolutely bearable! I've got a few products- charge of free- helping to heel. The result was shocking! I'm 15 and I went to the laser clinic with my mum who had previously been a client. I have been a client at laseryou for some time now. I have removed my underarm hair which has my life so much more convenient. At first I was nervous because I knew there would be pain but Mina the nurse who does it was very calming and took me through all the precautions. Mina is a well trained nurse and understands skin well and knows how to use the laser machine safely. There was pain but it only lasts a few seconds, the more treatments you go to the more comfortable you get. I really would would reccomend this to anyone who feels unhappy with their hair growth. I just had my test patch for tattoo removal today using the Picosure Machine. I was putting removal off as I tried two other companies that were very unprofessional, didn't have time for me on the phone and one used the Q switch laser, which wasn't very effective.

Most hair removal solutions like waxing or threading would cause my skin to breakout in acne, so I decided to try laser. I have olive skin and dark hair, four courses were succesful in reducing sideburns, upper lip and chin hair, I may need to return for a top up for thicker follicles. I read that hairgrowth can change with hormonal imbalance so I'm not worried if future trips may be needed as Mina is extremely competent in what she does. Very trustworthy and gives great advice also on skin care for hyperpigmentation. My skin is oily and sensitive but I experienced no complications whatsoever. Highly recommended. More...

I am in the process of having one of my tattoos removed. At first i was a little sceptical as you see the tv shows with the patient looking scared and in pain. I can say that this is not the case. From my patch test and sitting my first treatment i can happily say there is nothing to worry about. I had laser hair removal on my face about 10 years but the hair grew back. I tried Laser you based on a recommendation and had treatments on my face and another area. Very surprised to see results after just 1 treatment (the hair has not grown back in some places and in other places there is a significant reduction). i've had 2 treatments in total, 6 weeks apart and have only trimmed my hair once in between (previously i needed to trim my hair daily!) Mina did my treatment and she is extremely knowledgeable and professional - she explained its not just about using a good machine, but its about understanding skin type/ colour and using the machine at the correct setting.
