Received a text at 9.00am to say laptop ready and will deliver to workplace by the afternoon!

I recently attempted to upgrade my Lenovo Ideapad 700 laptop with a SSD drive. In the best tradition of DIY experts I ended up with a system without sound and a boot process that would have seemed pedestrian to a Galapagos tortoise. But never fear! Wole from Laptop and PC Repair Point picked it up, refrained from passing judgement, took it away and brought it back to life. Brilliant service. Runs out of the guys home but no less professional because of it. He used simple English to explain what was wrong with my laptop! If a neanderthal like me can understand it anyone can!
