My mission is to help people reinvent their interiors to suit their situation. I have a particular love of colour and textiles and apply my knowledge of these when creating schemes for a single room or a whole house. I am currently working on projects in London and the South East of England applying my own style which I would describe as being considered, thoughtful and personal to each of my clients.

What’s your interior design process?
The first step to creating a successful design is to have a face-to-face conversation with my client from which I can create a Written Report/Client Brief. A copy of this is issued to the client for approval before moving to the next stage of the process which is to create a Full Room Design. A detailed scheme will be presented in the form of: a digital Concept Board, a digital Mood Board, a physical Sample Board, and a digital Floor Plan. On sign-off a Shopping List will be provided.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
If I had to name my style it would be Transitional. My style is considered, thoughtful and personal to each of my clients. My mission is to help people reinvent their interiors to suit their situation whether that be a new home, an empty nest, starting-over or a complete refresh of an existing home. At Langdon-Hyde Interior Design we pride ourselves in creating schemes that are mood enhancing. We will develop a colour palette and utilise materials that focus on the well-being of the occupants. We take our cues from a building's character and its location and create a comfortable, easy living space which incorporates a sense of the past, but, with a modern twist.
What do you love most about your job?
I love being creative. As soon as I am awarded a project I commit 100% to creating the best result possible for my client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for a number of years in a very specialised interior design industry and it inspired me to launch my own range of Interior Design Services in the residential sector of the market.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a sole trader I take full responsibility for all aspects of any work undertaken. I have trained with some of the UK top design schools and can undertake most aspects of the design work myself.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes. I'm happy to liaise with my clients via a video link and email. I can provide all of my documents digitally and can create digital concept boards and mood boards as well as C.A.D. floor plans.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I adhere to the UK Government's guidelines with regards to travel, face covering, social distancing, and hand sanitising.
