I cannot recommend them highly enough!, they tackled our job (fence on top of a wall) fantastically. Our neighbour had been uncommunicative and therefore we had to tackle the job a certain way, but when our neighbour agreed to what we really wanted Michael and his team were flexible and worked the problem. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Generally any garage can be converted so long as it is internal change. Any external changes or conservation areas or listed buildings may need planning permission. In all cases building regulations must be followed to the letter
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Firstly assess the building and prepare any building extensions. Then any unwanted apertures would be brick or blocked up and doorways/ windows fitted then main services and drainage installed. Insulation to relations and install any partitions within the garage. Plastering is next, followed by second fixing the services and installing internal doors, architrave and stairs if required.
