What do you love most about your job?
Property Possession & Eviction. This is something that we do in-house. We charge a fraction of what a solicitor would charge. If a case is likely not going to win, we will advice you before hand, before we start the work - that's our honesty.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Have worked in the Private Rental Sector for years now. Realised many landlords do not have the knowledge or know how to rent out legally meeting the requirements and standards expected by a local authority.

Honesty is our way. If we cannot do a job, we will tell you before hand and therefore not waste anyone's time.

Yes, initial discussion is always remote with no obligation to use our services. Property eviction service is largely remote except in the case of court attendance.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work remotely therefore do not meet up with customers except for tradesmen who may need to attend properties in order to carry out their job.
