Lancashire roofing and landscaping

The people running the business are not professional neither had the tools to do a perfect honest work. I hired them to do and tidy the back garden. The job included building a two sides surrounded area and fill it with soil to be planted, make a cement area for the shed, installing a shed, clearing th garden's rubbish and the old small shed, lay the area with grass, build a smal depth of an area (around 4meters) on front garden and fill it with soil (the ground is cemented by people who built the house). He came with one young chap. the area in the back and front garden was not filled with enough soil for more plants to be done, he baught an ugly cement-slides for the two sides, removed the old shed, and lay the area for the shed to be erected (not a good job as this area took a wavy shape )collecting rain(bad), apple tree was remived (ok), but cheap quality grassed area was laid that dried quickly and Look bad ( very bad), a one step was made by the conservatory(ok job) and the two sides line of conservatory filled with white stones (ok), side- garden's rubbish was removed (ok) and filled with white stone (no pavement no basics-not good), trimming the trees by hand no machines was used, front garden nothing done except cutting a tree. He disappeared without installing the shed or finishing the job taking the whole price (cos I trusted him, yes stupid) even after few calls. Yhe two areas were left dirty (agreed w them to jet clean the paved area cos they make it horrible while working). Be aware when hiring him, the workmen he is using are unprofessional and all of them know nothing more than I know in landscaping. I lost money, left to fix the garden and try to fill it with soil, try to increase the grassy area, install the shed on that bad surface, clean the pavement they walk and work on it, and so on.
I am so upset and disappointed on him and his dishonesty. It is a real shame More...

Came quick to give quote, seemed reasonable. came next day to do the work charged double quote, soon as it rained two days later it was apparent the work had not fixed the problem. Rang them to ask them to come back, said they would but have not been back. Very disappointed. More...
