I had a lovely two night stay here, the swimming pool and changing room were lovely and clean! The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious, it had tea and coffee making factilities, a freeview tv! We held our company showcase event and then presentation award evening in the Langstone in October and couldnt have been happier with the team there. The venue was perfect and easy to reach from the motorway for visitors. Nothing was too much trouble for any team members, particular thanks to Jess Mann, events organiser, who made everything so easy for us. We had our wedding on 22nd October 2018, it was amazing. I felt like a queen, with my king by my side. Frank was amazing my master of ceremonies the waiting staff and the bar staff Colin, Abby were exceptional. the food was quality and came out hot and everyone pretty much ate together. The life guard is rather brutal at the pool. Shooting at a child not to jump in but all the adults jump in and nothing is said to them? However the amenities and food and service standard in the restaurant more than make up for the crabby lady at the pool More...

I stayed at the Hotel last night for my Mothers Birthday Party. Everyone said how lovely and clean their rooms were and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The spinnaker suite was superb, and the food delicious, the event itself could not have gone better, it ran so smoothly thankfully to the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. We had been warned there would be a wait for breakfast after 9:30 due to being the busiest time but some of us did oversleep due to such a late night. Even then the staff were great and the selection and quality could not be faulted. Will definitely be returning to enjoy the rest of the facilities. More...

Nice location and our room 141 overlooked the water inlet. Room was clean and a very good size. Only downside for my wife and me was that the mattress was very soft, we prefer a harder mattress. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. We made use of the leisure facilities, pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi which were all very good and kept clean. I would recommend everything but keep in mind the softness of the mattress. More...

i would recommend the langstone hotel.but i have just come on line to see about availability and i cant get into it like i use to saying whats available and prices. it use to state what special offers you had.but i cant find anything like it am i looking in the wrong place .my husband and i have spent many weeks here we have both had illnesses and recouperated with you at langstone.so i am not going to recommend this time only because i have not been and stopped with you since you have changed hands hopefully you will have special offers and we can come and stop with you again for a few weeks nd see how different or not it is .hope you will reply to my email giving me the info i have requested .many thanks pauline richardson from banbury More...

We had a lovely stay. Staff are all friendly and polite. We attended the Faulty Towers dining experience which was so funny and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was great.
We went to use the pool and sauna facilities. It was ok in there, but it could do with an upgrade it's looking very tired. The changing rooms only has one cubical to get changed in. I had to use the disabled toilet to get dressed. Not everyone is comfortable with communal changing. Enjoyed the swim and sauna though.
The room was nice and very clean.
The breakfast was fantastic. Great selection and we all enjoyed it. Set us up for the day nicely. You had to get your teas and coffee from a machine which worked ok while it's quiet, but once it gets busy there was long queues. Staff did eventually came out with teas and coffees and served us at the tables. That worked much better.

Popped over here today as a guest with a friend to check out the leisure facilities and found the staff to be really helpful over the phone and in person. I enjoyed my time in the pool which was the perfect temperature and the saunas were great too. I spoke with several members whilst we were there who have been using this club for many years - to keep members this long you have to be doing something right. Some aspects of the club are beginning to look a little tired and could do with sprucing up (the steam room wasn't working particularly well) and the chemicals in the jacuzzi were a little overpowering, but I am really looking forward to checking out a couple of your classes over the coming weeks.
