We have just used Likeable cars & Minibus service for the first time and was extremely impressed with your service. We had a lovely lady pick 5 of us up at 2am for an early flight to Gatwick. She messaged me the day before to confirm times etc. she picked us up on time and got us to Gatwick in great time despite a road being closed. We arrived back today and another lovely lady picked 7 of us up and she kept me updated with messages too. There was lots of traffic on what felt like every road we were on but she was really good and got us home in good time. From first messaging for a quote to being picked up for our return journey from Gatwick we were kept updated with messages. The Facebook messages I sent were answered so quickly too. We used Likeable cars and Minibus service for our airport run. They were so helpful friendly and patient with me after booking the wrong date and realising the week before ! 🤦🏼‍♀️ They changed the date and time with no hassle. Our driver called to give us an ETA. He got us to the airport in plenty of time. The pick up was faultless even after being delayed. He even gave us an extra drop off that wasn’t originally booked.
