What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people reach their full potential. We all have unique strengths that make us who we are and I really enjoy helping people discover those strengths and leverage them to reach their full potential.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to use the skills I have to help people.
My friends and family also kept urging me to use the skills I have to help people outside of my immediate circle.
