For me fitness is much more than the way it can make you look aesthetically. Its the feeling of just getting out and doing something thats good for the body and soul combined. Along with the physicality of an activity its the also the backing of a strong mindset.

This is my recipe for the body of your dreams! Nothing will come without any of these 4 principles. With everything you do that you want to be successful with its a marathon not a sprint. Learning patience and learning to enjoy the process is what makes it truly rewarding when you get to where you want to be.

Helping people feel better about themselves! Even if its just getting them up and moving more or feeling more mobile. I like being able to support people by simply standing by their side to make sure they get things done FOR THEM, that makes me feel so good.

I started off as a hairdresser/ stylist (still am) however I think it was a break up in my early 20's that caused me to start getting into the gym as I was carrying excess teenage puppy fat. From then I started going to the gym and was approached by a personal trainer and from there my passion for fitness grew in leaps and bounds. I then decided I wanted to do my certificate and help other people find their inner strengths because I believe everybody has it in them!

I'm fun, bubbly, energetic, motivating and trust worthy. There's absolutely no need to feel shy or anxious around me I will make you feel at ease from the very first session! Most of my clients have become good friends of mine over time, i feel like I am extremely relatable and a fun trainer to be around. I like to enjoy training and make clients enjoy it rather than not.

Yes! Definitely! Online sessions are a great alternative for people with especially busy schedules who may possibly still want to train with me but may not have the time to travel to somewhere to train 1-1. The session is still delivered in the same way as a personal 1-1 session would be. If weight loss and muscle definition is the goal weights would need to be provided by the client or if they already have weights and equipment sessions would be tailored to what the client has available.

Sessions are carried out via either Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp Video or FaceTime.

2 meter social distancing when taking out any 1-1 personal training sessions and preferably outside is better if we can or somewhere where there is enough ventilation, hand sanitiser and masks if necessary.

1 hour session of 1-1 training session tailored to you and your goals. This is a very good way to start your fitness journey as it builds your confidence privately before taking any sessions publicly to a gym or somewhere you might feel intimidated. You can relax around me I will make you feel comfortable and work you the hardest I can to suit your own fitness level.

A 1 hour 1-1 personal training session with a plan that has been tailored by me for you! I will deliver the session to you in person somewhere thats local to you and that works for you best. I will guide and coach you with correct performance and technique tips so you get the best from every training session!
