Being able to help people free themselves from negative, limiting beliefs and live life to the full
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had a weight problem all my life and discovering the magic of hypnosis myself in order to lose weight, I became so passionate about hypnotherapy and what it can do I wanted to share it with as many people as possible
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have personal experience of many of the issues and feelings my clients are experiencing and I'm passionate about helping others free themselves from their food issues and weight problems just like I did, and my support continues long after any session.

Yes, I offer Zoom/ facetime sessions which can often be more successful than in person sessions as the client is able to relax much more easily in their own home and don't have the stress of travelling and being somewhere unfamiliar.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am able to socially distance at my clinic. The chair is sanitised between each client, with greater gaps between clients to allow for cleaning the room and to avoid contact with other clients. Hand sanitiser is also provided and used by myself. There is no physical contact during a hypnotherapy session.
One Hour Hypnotherapy Session
A one hour hypnotherapy session including a consultation prior to the session to gain details on why you have sought Hypnotherapy in order for me to produce a personalised session specifically designed for your individual needs. You'll also be able to ask any questions and we can discuss what you can expect during your session.
You will also receive a hypnosis audio recording for use at home.
Fulll support is always available following a session.
