Deep Tissue Massage
A restorative treatment with active stretching and specialised deep-tissue massage techniques to alleviate deep-seated tension. This treatment helps to relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.
Relaxing Holistic Massage
Therapeutic soft tissue manipulation and specialised massage techniques to alleviate muscular tension, restoring comfort, suppleness and movement. A special bled of essential oils is mixed for your specific treatment.
Sports Massage
You don’t have to be an athlete or even a sporty person to benefit from a sports massage.
This treatment is specifically intended to help realign the muscle and soft tissue and aims to:
- increase flexibility, mobility and range of motion
- assist the body’s own healing processes after injury or surgery
- help release muscular tension and stress that can build up in the muscle tissue
- reduce scar tissue to an injured area
- offer beneficial and complementary support to a sports training programme
- minimise the chances of getting injured through training or physical activity
- reduce post-training and workout muscle soreness
Sports massage can also involve advanced techniques such as Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Gua Sha.
Pregnancy Massage
Growing a human is a massive toll on the body. This treatment is designed to eliminate all the aches and pains brought on through pregnancy and the extra weight you will be carrying around. This treatment will help to improve your quality of sleep as well as providing relief from muscle tension. Focusing on the legs and feet to reduce swelling and providing pain relief to the lower back, neck and shoulders.
