What do you love most about your job?
Making a positive impact on our clients lives.
We very often see the positive change through the improved financial accounts. The most enjoyable aspects are taking on a client with small, scrappy accounts that you can see has been hard going for a few years, and watching that turn in to clean, efficient, stress-free and prospering business for them. Hearing and seeing the changes we have helped create, is what we do this for. If we can play a small, quiet support role in that transformation, we're thrilled.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We set up Kleer to provide the sort of easy, reassuring and clear (hence the name, Kleer!) accounting service that small business owners need.
There is often a big disconnect between business owners, and their accountants. We speak both languages. We see our role as educational as much as supportive. We want our clients to learn, grow and feel that confidence that comes with understanding.

Yes, we have been an entirely remote team since we opened in 2019 .
