Although we are pleased with the finished kitchen we were not pleased with the process of getting there. All seemed great until we got half way through and there was a problem with the floor level, and ultimately they added an extra £530 to the bill. After paying approximately £28,000 we really weren't pleased to have even more added. The job was supposed to take 4 weeks, but wasn't totally completed for 14 weeks. We were looking to replace our 20 year old awkward shaped kitchen and were recommended by friends. From our first meeting to sign off, everybody was very friendly, polite and professional. Haydie project managed everything and nothing was too much bother when we changed our minds countless times. I am over the moon with the quality from our broom cupboard, pantry, Quooker, everything. We were so impressed with the knowledge and skill of everyone involved from Jeff’s passion in designing us a kitchen, to the plasterer who hoovered!
The picture that I had in my head was the same as what was delivered.
We have now moved into renovation project and we have approached Kitchen Living again to provide us with a dream kitchen. They project manage the whole process. This was a blessing as my husband was recovering from bowel cancer. They were amazingly sensitive to that too . I cannot praise them enough.

The team at Kitchen Living are absolutely superb. We wanted to open up the downstairs living area to create an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The project was managed brilliantly and with very little fuss or disruption. Two walls removed, new beams installed, a custom kitchen built, all new lighting and a bi-fold door to the back living room. The whole project was a resounding success and the home team and contractors were completely top notch. We are going to be employing Kitchen Living for a new project for the in-laws who are moving back from Malaysia. Can not recommend Kitchen Living enough. Thank you to you all!! More...

I am so so so happy with our new kitchen! My husband and I had a few ideas that kitchen living had not seen before, but they immediately made sure that a way was found to achieve what we wanted. The ideas that were put forward by kitchen living to suit our plan were always so creative. We have a bar area, a pull out electric appliance unit, top of the range appliances and a quooker Tap and insinkarator, all of which were installed with great care and detail. The staff all worked so hard during planning and installation, they were fantastic at suggesting alternatives for us enabling us to stick to our budget. With so many choices throughout the design, we have been able to achieve our dream kitchen. They worked seamlessly with our builders Olympus, and nothing was too much trouble. We chose Kitchen Living as we really liked the designer, Jeff. He gave us a lot of choices, without making the process confusing. The showroom was very important as well and helped us see how everything was going to be laid out. From design and choosing kitchen units, significant building renovation, installation and aftercare they have been efficient and effective and so responsive to any concerns. Kitchen living were fantastic. Best service of all I visited. well namely, Lauren, she was fantastic. Prompt, interested, helpful and patient. Despite not buying a kitchen from them I would definitely recommend them for people looking for affordable high end kitchens, for me ultimately the cost drove my decision as was still past my budget. I would recommend and also they would be first on my list if I ever moved or wanted a new kitchen later. More...
