Having visited several Kitchen companies and had a few come and carry out a survey we decided to go with kitchen Depot Rosyth. On all visits and communications Rob and the team were always friendly and accommodating and worked with us to design the Kitchen we envisaged. Throughout the whole process nothing was too much trouble and Dougie and the rest of the fitting team were excellent, we were always updated with progress at the end of each day and what was going to happen next. there was also a tight timeline to have the kitchen fitted before Christmas which was achieved. Had a unit fall off the wall....bearing in mind this was installed 6 years ago...and the fitters only offer a 12month warranty, so I phoned the Telford branch where I purchased my kitchen from, I must admit iwas a bit antsy. ...well the guy who answered quickly settled me down.... We then got down to the actual issue,we had a brief conversation on the phone,where Chris then decided to come and see the issue himself, he was at my house within the agreed hour, had a look at the issue, and agreed on the proposed outcome....the fitter was then at my house in the next hour to make the unit safe.....we agreed that we would be with us at 9.00am the following morning....where the job was completed.....and if that wasn't enough.... The fitter then proceeded to check all the other units th check that they were OK...there was another slight problem with another unit....which he then sorted out.....nothing was a problem to him nor was there a problem for it to be sorted....also they wouldn't accept any offer of payment, I even tried to go half's with him....and he still refused....so I was more than happy with a 5star experience and a fantastic outcome...especially after it was installed 6 years ago... KITCHEN DEPOT BISHOPBRIGGS I had been considering renewing my kitchen of 20 years but it was a daunting prospect. After a friend recommended the Kitchen Depot, I arranged for a visit. Martin from the Bishopbriggs came out and considered my views and took measurements etc. we then arranged for me to visit the showroom where Martin showed me the plans he had drawn up for my galley kitchen. I was surprised and delighted that he had shown how changes could enhance and improve the layout. After selecting the style, flooring etc, we agreed the cost and date for the fitter to start. Martin helped with selection of appliances and all other coordinates and supported the renovation throughout. Wullie, the fitter was excellent, reliable and worked long hours. He coordinated all the other trades people and kept disruption to a minimum (no mean feat for a top floor flat)! Appliances and old cabinets etc were removed immediately following completion of job. My experience of Kitchen Depot Rosyth has been unbelievable from the minute I went in to their showroom. I was made to feel very welcome by both Rob and Rikki. It was a pleasant change from the big Kitchen suppliers who either aren't interested or won't leave you alone until they have a sale. The journey to my dream Kitchen was a personal one. One that was going to take a lot of imagination and advice. This was made very easy by the experience of the staff. Very knowledge and constructive ideas about what I may like. The actual fitting of the kitchen carried out by Mick was done to a professional standard and nothing was too big of a problem. There were a few issues with my house internally which were quickly remedied. I had absolutely no reason to be stressed. My finished kitchen? It's better than the one that was inside my imagination for so many years. I'm super proud of it and I'm very pleased I asked the people at Kitchen Depot Rosyth to design and install it. We visited a few kitchen companies and what we loved about Kitchen Depot was the quality of their products and the people, especially Ben Burdall who dealt with us. We were made to feel really welcome. He took his time with our design and came up with some great ideas for the layout. The products themselves are top quality but at a reasonable price. We are very happy with the kitchen supplied by The Kitchen Depot. Its quality and design are very good. In particular, we’d like to publicly thank Stacey, Daryl and Graeme for their prompt support on the occasions we needed their help. Due to the extensive nature of the works done in our flat, we had to make adjustments in our original plans regarding the kitchen. This made our task much more challenging than the work carried out by many (possibly most) of other clients. Stacey, Graeme and Daryl greatly helped us to overcome the challenges we faced along the way. Even after the kitchen was done, they remained in contact to check if everything was OK. Very poor quality installation, alleged high end kitchen. A lot of snagging issues, some of which were not completed: We had painted door cut to size leaving rough edge, both ends of our island were cut and glue on strips used, again rough edges and strips broke within weeks. Plinths cut short, self closing hinge not working, live wiring left exposed, cabinet end blanks left exposed from underside and doors swelling and paint cracking within one year, apparently not covered under warranty (response was that moisture ingress isn't covered) if you don’t use water in your kitchen I guess you’re ok. The before and after sales service from her and Irene made the process straightforward and we’re very happy with the end result - both the design and the quality. In all the rush of Christmas I didn't get round to writing to you to let you know that we are very happy with the finished kitchen. I really appreciated Ryan coming in on a Sunday to finish everything off, so it was ready for us when we arrived just before Christmas. We ordered our kitchen nearly a year before it actually got put in due to to building work delays. Nothing was any problem, with quick replies to queries and accommodating of last minute changes. They were able to source some of the appliances at a very competitive price too. The quality of materials used in the kitchen is very good and Mick the kitchen fitter was very accommodating The design process was made easy by Rikki as he's got such great knowledge and expertise. Our kitchen was fitted in early November 2023. We are absolutely delighted with the whole process. It was a long process, no fault of theirs but ours. Olly was always very patient and understanding with us from the first day we walked into the showroom. Even when we completely changed the design on one or more occasion. Steve and the other fitter were brilliant, very clean and efficient. We love our new kitchen and it has totally transformed our house into a delightful open plan kitchen / diner. Terrible customer service from Hillington Branch. After our minstrel Worktop cracked we got in touch - eventually after around 6 months of communication via email they sent worker in to take photos. Since then (1 year later) and around 2/3 emails per month, no replies - they have just ignored us. Unless you want to be left with faults and no customer service - I would stay away from them. Also now lots of chips on high gloss until even at non contact areas (just really cheap materials). Do not use Kitchen Depot. EDIT: KITCHEN DEPOT REPLIED TO THIS REVIEW AND ASKED ME TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL. I SENT THIS IMMEDIATELY AND AGAIN, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM. Having looked at various other suppliers I decided to try local. Daryl at the Kitchen Depot talked me through their system and gave me an idea of potential costs. They seemed genuinely interested in maximising my options and cam e up with some interesting ideas. Once the process started it was all delivered on time. We popped into the Kitchen Depot Rosyth on their opening weekend back in March and had the pleasure of meeting Rob, Eilidh and Rikki. We were just starting to look at kitchens as we were planning a house extension and the work hadn’t started. We were so impressed with the quality of the kitchens and we really wanted to use a family business rather than one of the big kitchen companies. Rob, Eilidh and Rikki couldn’t have been more helpful and really gave us a warm welcome, providing tips and never being pushy which we had found in other kitchen showrooms. We went home to think about it and we were back in the showroom the following week to pay our deposit. Rikki took our architect no drawings and planned the kitchen, again providing tips and when we wanted to change things, nothing was too much trouble. Our builder installed the kitchen and Rob & Rikki provided their kitchen fitters details so our builder could speak to him when needed. There were a few teething problems but Rob & Rikki sorted these quickly and what can I say we are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and it is stunning. Everyone has complemented it and we even managed to host Christmas Day as the extension was finished in time. Thank you Rob, Eilidh and Rikki for all your help since March. Rob & Rikki at Kitchen Depot, Rosyth, did everything they could to make our new kitchen all that we had hoped for. They are great guys to do business with and we felt they listened to what we wanted. Even when we asked about the possibility of having bespoke colour designs, they helped us to explore this and had colour samples made up. And when we had a blip with the tap company we had independently bought our tap from, Rob & Rikki got involved to help with the situation! Having recently having a kitchen fitted by kitchen depot we can say we are very disappointed with the service we contacted the company with a list of items that wanted rectification including a water leak but 2 weeks later no contact at all from them during the installation process it became clear that the incorrect amount of doors and drawer fronts had been ordered and in the end we had surplus doors and drawer fronts with we had to pay for unnecessarily had to pay for sorry but the standard of customer aftercare is none existent

We have just had our new kitchen fitted by the Kitchen Depot Falkirk and must say we absolutely love it !! We had already in our minds planned what we wanted and Graham brought it to life in the 3D modelling software making it work for our room size. The full experience from initially picking the kitchen range to the ability to create bespoke internal layouts was carried out with ease making what is a big decision in our opinion pleasurable. The kitchen was fitted by Robert, Lewis and their team. We can honestly say that we've never experienced such a well organised and planned schedule. All trades required were slotted in when needed keeping the process moving without delay. Plumbing, electrics, plastering all first class. The fit and finish of the completed kitchen is a testament to the craftsmanship shown by Robert and Lewis, superb workmanship and a great pair of guy's to boot !! We must also mention CJ Stone who made/fitted our worktops and splashbacks, a fantastic job. I was recommended this company by a friend, so made an appointment for a measurement to be taken. In the meantime, visited the showroom in Hemel, was immediately greeted warmly and offered a tea, whilst my partner and I were free to look. I explained I was about to go on holiday the following day, and they volunteered to come out on Sunday morning to measure up to speed up my process(I was on a deadline) Whilst they were a little bit more money than a rival, this company differ in a number of ways. The kitchen is coloured throughout, not just doors stuck on the standard white carcass. They are thicker than others, plus they come ready made and delivered to the room if your choice, even if it's a first floor flat! They also add you and your fitter to a what's app group for any questions or queries. A few snags with a couple of wrong doors was sorted very quickly and personally delivered by one of Their team rather than a courier. Excellent service, friendly staff and top notch products.
