We had five estimates for our Kitchen and following the Which Reviews we opted for the independent supplier Kitchen Culture. From estimate to final completion the standard of service has been exemplary. Everything was carried out as per schedule , the fitters were excellent and Alan often went the extra mile to satisfy. We had been thinking about having a new kitchen for a long time and had saved up a lot of money and had been looking at the web, mags, companies, shows for ideas and designs, Kitchen Culture are local to our town of Rainham and like to support local businesses, so we contacted the company and arrange to meet their design/project manager Mitchell. they/we spent a few months chopping and changing the designs and finally came up with something we "loved" the project entailed Electrics/lighting upgrade, floor re levelling, everything-and whats more "British" made units from Herne in Kent. we when we finally agreed the amount and paid our deposit we was presented with a 3 week work schedule hour by hour. the job was professionaly installed by all trades and in the time scales that they said it was to be completed in and any question we had for Mitchell were answered straight away and was a big help to us in designing, hope this helps someone if they have any doubts, contact the shop and come around for a brew!...S Richardson More...

I know that having a complete kitchen fit can be a real ordeal. However, I'm able to report that our experience with Kitchen Culture was the opposite. The care we got from all quarters of the company was outstanding starting with Mitch in the planning stage. Given the limits of our kitchen he came up with some very innovative ideas. Our fitters Simon and Kevin formed a great duo and were a real pleasure to deal with doing the course of the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble. Tracey was there with Mitch to make sure that everything was as we wanted -- attention was paid to the detail. If there was a problem or query they were straight onto it and were not satisfied themselves until it had been resolved. Firstly I would like to start this review off by saying please contact the showroom and speak to all the lovely members of staff before reading the other review on google.
Me and my wife looked long and hard at who to invest our money with when looking to purchase our dream kitchen, and we read every review going with all the companies we contacted.
The review left could not have been more wrong.
we contacted the showroom through their Facebook page and requested a brochure after reading all the fantastic reviews left on their page.
A lady called Tracey dropped these off to us within a few days of our initial inquiry.
we loved what we had seen in the brochures and decided one Saturday to drive down to the showroom in rainham and take a hands on look. once in the showroom we felt very welcomed and at ease with the staff. at no point did we feel like we were being sold to. (That's a big no no for me.) after almost and hour of running through our ideas, and Mitch the gentleman in the shop discussing his and showing us all the cool things we could have, we decided to book a home survey.
Mitch came out to the house and again we spent an hour discussing all of our ideas and he took all the details he would need to produce us a plan.
Not a one point did he discuss money, or budget or even push us to commit to anything, he was very good as making us feel comfortable and really made it so easy for us. we had been to several other shops and felt very pressured and stressed.
After a few days Mitch invited us in to see the kitchen drawings. we took a trip back down to the showroom, and Mitch talked us through his plans and we got to choose all of our colours, materials.
Everything we had chosen Mitch was able to show us on the large screen, and it really helped us to imagine exactly what is was going to look like.
we decided to go ahead with the order and within weeks the start date was upon us.
