After a lesson where out of 1 hour my daughter only got less than 6 minutes of attention which left her completely demoralised we complained and requested a refund. My child started with Ki p Mcgrath in January last year and has achieved a grade 5 in English. He has always found the tutors friendly and approachable as the sessions were designed around his understanding of the subject even with all the disruption the center staff have always managed to ensure that the sessions take place with minimum disruption I highly recommend Kip Mcgrath

Please improve the communication. I was looking for 1-2-1 sessions from the very beginning and was very clear to that. My daughter had few sessions as requested and then more children were during the same session. I am very dissapointed as no one informed me or not even included in the contract that these are a group sessions. The tutor put her on mute very often to do her work and whenever she pressed the help button, it was rejected by the tutor. I never received any report - since Sept- showing her improvement. Improve communication with the families. Felt disappointed when the manager and teachers talking only with who they like,was completely ignored a few times. Felt a bit discriminated. Provide resources to the families to help them child.Wasn't able to trac my child's progress to check which topic he need to support. The learning app very simple, needs to improve. Mostly apset me bad communication with me and my husband. Once I asked about my child homework, because wasn't given any,the teacher very surprised why I did ask that.The virtual lesson was completely disaster, the teacher always put her microphone on the mute and less time which we wasn't informed about it. I don’t often post reviews but I have been left very disappointed with the ethics of Kip’s head office. We have been using Kip McGrath over the past few years and found it to support my daughters learning. Unfortunately the franchisee was unable to keep the premises over the past few months and has been unable to source a new one in these exceptional circumstances. She will now be unable to continue teaching online until she could secure a new site due to the Kip rules. I am disappointed that the tutors will now find themselves without employment in these difficult times - and no flexibility has been allowed to help them support the children’s learning in what has been a strange time for most. My daughter was doing her National 4 level maths course at school and wanted to qualify for the National 5 course by passing her maths exam in November with more 60%. We approached kipmcgrath to bring her maths up to National 5 level and sucessfully achieved this aim. Avoid - they have still not refunded the money they owe me (from May 2017) and therefore have not proved themselves to be trustworthy. Plus the Stockport Centre has been closed for weeks now and they have failed to update their web directories. Our town has a contract with them as our trash pick up and they are contracted to do a city wide clean up 2 times a year. Just had one . Only thing we got from our town was a note on water bill that said no electronics. They didnt pick up my stuff. Had the same out as everyone else. Furniture some yard waste old blow up pool. Some wood its been a week and its still there on the street. And it will stay there. Let the town deal with it. We did contract our Mayor. He said he would take care of it. More...

Align is the best Pilates studio my wife and I have been to, and it's conveniently located in Millburn.We attend Tara's cardiosculpt Wednesday morning class which is simply terrific - a lovely calorie burn with focus on strengthening your core.
