We had a booking made a month in advance and I even confirmed just 3 days before hire. Didn’t chase on day of delivery as know they’re are making their way through but got to 8pm and messaged to be told that they had apparently lost ALL booking two week early earlier, even though I had confirmed a few days before. Initially apologetic and offered a alternative, I only asked how it happened when we confirmed 3 days ago and they immediately refused to offer an alternative. After being let down by another company the night before a booking, kings castle and spa hire came to the rescue! If it wasn’t for them my sons birthday wouldn’t have been the best birthday he’s ever had! Not only did they save us with a hot tub and gazebo, they gifted my son with an amazing balloon tower and LED number 9 because they are just the kindest people! We’ve had a Spa for over New Year and despite an initial teething problem getting the pump going in the unexpected cold weather, it’s been a fabulous treat to have over New Year! The Spa’s kept its temp really well despite the snow & cold temperatures and it made for a memorable end to 2020 to see it out at midnight in the spa! Would recommend for next year!! Just wanted to add my review here as well as Google review. We managed to get a new years eve order in and I am so glad that we did! The kids LOVED it. Not to mention my husband! We had a Paris Lazy Spa with a gazebo over the top. Recommended for 4-6 people - so plenty of room for us 4. Communication was excellent; Sarah and Chris were really quick at responding to my queries. No issues with the tub, it worked perfectly and looked clean. So I hired the spa for my birthday! Wow, what can I say, not only was the customer service amazing they came all the way to southport even though they don’t usually! The men who turned up were friendly and lovely and set it up so quickly! The tub was well looked after and it came with a massive gazebo that kept out the cold! The tub got so hot the cold didn’t even matter! Perfect for my birthday week off and me and all the family enjoyed it thoroughly!
