We have always used Siobhain for a reliable and friendly minibus service, so was thrilled when her and her business partner Paul, decided to go it alone. A super easy booking, with a very efficient service. Paul was on time and at arrivals for when we walked out. Smart, clean, well presented mini bus with seats that allow you to sit facing each other to socialise, sit together, reminisce from our wonderful holiday. Airport drop off and pick up service used for 5 people both taxis were immaculatey clean , drivers were very couteous and loaded the cases into the boot. I’ve recently discovered the company due to requiring transport for when I get to the area in June. I honestly have never experienced such wonderful customer service. I always get slightly anxious when needing to book transport and making sure it’s all correct etc. Daniella has gone above and beyond to sort everything out for me, making the whole experience stress free. we have just come back from Belfast, travelling to and from Birmingham airport from Beeston. I asked for quotes from a couple of well known companies who were more than we could afford. A friend recommended Kingdom Cars and tbh I was a little dubious as I'd not heard of them before but I'm so glad we chose them. Reasonably priced, punctual, communication was brilliant, Siobahn (apologies if I have spelt your name wrong!) was amazing with ensuring my elderly Nana got in the mini bus ok and that she was comfortable in her seat without rushing her. The little things people do go a long way. We were a little longer coming out the airport due to having special assistance and she was so patient. A smooth and stress free experience. We booked with kingdom cars to pick us up from Manchester airport on return from our holiday. I was very impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Our flight landed 50 minutes early then scheduled, we where straight through to collect our luggage and I thought we’d have to wait for Paul to arrive, however he was waiting for us at arrivals. He was very polite and welcoming and wheeled our heavy suitcases to his taxi. The taxi was very comfortable and immaculate! Paul had us home in no time!
