My 15 year old son Ben started training with King of Fitness in October 2015 with the aim of improving both his strength and speed. With the help of both Hannah and Zira he has not only got both stronger and faster, but his body shape has completely changed. The sessions are always fun and varied, with no two sessions ever being the same, he is always pushed to the limit and through the hard work and dedication of Hannah and Zi he is now a very strong and fast 16 year old!The flexibility of King of Fitness is also to be commended, with Chris and the team always available to arrange a session, even at very short notice.Ben would highly recommend King of Fitness as the way to go to achieve your goals. Chris King is a truly excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough and motivating. Because of his efforts, I have never felt stronger or healthier. I've been working out fairly regularly on my own for nearly 20 years but had lost a bit of motivation to change my routine and effect any real change in my body. Since working with Chris I have seen amazing results and really look forward to working out.




Chris is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! He also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. He motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I started going to Chris with a bad knee. In the few months I have been going it has improved enormously. I thought I was fairly fit, but Chris has shown me how to improve my stamina and fitness.

He is helping me to lose weight by constantly keeping me motivated with new exercises and advice on nutrition, weighing and measuring me every second week.

My whole shape has improved. I can highly recommend him.

Quite simply, the best personal trainer I have ever had! I train with Chris twice a week; the sessions are always fun, challenging and complement each other. We never do the same thing twice, which seems to work extremely well for my body type - as a result I have toned-up very quickly.

Since training with Chris (approximately 2 years), I have increased my muscle definition, cardio fitness levels and strength. The sessions are hard, but very clever; even if I don’t train on my own - twice a week with Chris is enough for me to maintain complete fitness.

I use the studios for First Aid training. The facilities are brilliant and the staff are wonderful. The gym is always clean and comfortable. I look forward to working with Chris and his team in the future.

Having got out of the habit of training after moving to the area I needed that extra bit of motivation to get back into it…. . And Chris certainly provided that! No training session was the same and he always managed to push me a bit further. Sessions were fun and it's been easy to incorporate aspects into my own training routine. Having not exercised for quite some time, I felt quite apprehensive starting a training programme with Chris. All my worries were diminished after my first PT session. Chris's personable nature and support had me reaching goals that I never realised I could achieve. He kept each session interesting and challenging !! My fitness levels improved from ' 0 ' to now feeling 100%. My wieght loss has<span id="moreReview512838" class="hide"> been amazing and I now regularly fit exercise into my daily routine. I followed the nutrionional plan he advised and now enjoy a healthy all round diet. My last 12 weeks of personal training (PT) with Chris King has been so much more than sweat and tears ….. Fortunately no blood ! ! …. It has been an amazing life changing experience which I would never have believed to be so enjoyable …. I have gone from someone who had a total aversion to exercise to someone who went running twice over my birthday weekend.. Truly born again<span id="moreReview512558" class="hide"> !! Chris is an amazing Personal Trainer. He tough, motivating but fun and keeps the workouts challenging so you keep switching up a level without ever realising that you are being really challenged. Our 1-2-1 Personal Training includes an initial 45 Minute Client Consultation whereby we discuss your goals, set realistic achievable targets, discuss your diet and carry out a postural analysis and complete an assessment of your measurements including; waist, hip, weight and body fat %.



Whatever your goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, training for specific events or training to improve General Health, Fitness and Wellbeing, our aim is to coach each individual focusing on their specific needs. We are dedicated to working hard with every client to ensure the best results.



This does not mean that we will only work hard with each individual "during" their sessions and then leave them to their own devices. We will be there every step of the way to guide, advise, support and motivate. This will not only mean making sure each individual session is delivered to the highest possible standard, focusing on technique, posture and an all round fitter you.



Outside of that hour we will be focusing on diet, nutrition and your lifestyle making sure that you have all of the information and support services you need to reach the goal you're aiming for.



Here at King of Fitness we are fully aware that this is not always an easy journey and that is why it is imperative to ensure clients have all the support, motivation and resources they need.



There is no 'quick-fix' when it comes to improving your Health, Fitness & Wellbeing. It is a journey, working one step at a time. It is important to that each individual feels encouraged and comfortable with the process at every point. It is essential that gradual changes are made to ensure a long term, sustainable effect on the body, both inside and out. This can sound frustrating that it doesn't all happen immediately, and it does take hard work and dedication......but once you're "there" you want to stay there right?! We guarantee you won't look back!



We will complete regular progress reviews to remeasure to track progress and carry out small fitness tests to see how your fitness and strength has improved.
