I teach and help my clients understand how important exercise is not just for improving fitness but overall health. Once they see how important it is from there they push themselves because they know what the benefits will be long term.

The secret to being the best version of yourself is enjoying exercise. Once you enjoy it,eating healthy and training will be fun.

Seeing people's faces when they achieve something they've never done no matter how big or small.

Being able to do something I truly enjoy is key for me. Also having the freedom to choose my own time to work and free up time for myself and enjoy life more.

I've been in this business a while now and what I've seen is some personal trainers don't care about their clients. I try to go above and beyond just so you get results, learn and have fun.

I am pushing my services closer to online I am new to the that area. As long as you have somewhere to train I'll get you there.

Services

When it comes to building muscle regional hypertrophy is key. Together we will put in place a pan that will target the specific muscle group you want to focus on whether you have weights at home or at the gym.

Eating and sleeping good is also very important. So we will put a plan in place with the foods you eat and make a few little changes along the way and also give you some tips to improve your sleep.

Watching your RPE, isolation exercises. There are many different protocols and techniques when it comes to strength training.

Heavier loads and lower reps, together we would put in place precise program based on your level of fitness.

Eventually overtime depending on your level of strength and technique we would move towards compound movements, one quarter squats, Romanian deadlifts, military shoulder press etc.

We would also give you a customized mobility workout program to help you improve your joint ROM (range of motion) which is key in strength training.

Are you getting the right nutrients for your body to lose weight.

There are many different molecules, enzymes and compounds that help the body to metabolise food and gain access to cells to use energy i.e. fat cells.

Your metabolism is extremely important when it comes to weight loss and doing the right exercise is key as well.

With that being said we would put together a program that fits your lifestyle, level of fitness and provide you with the right advice and slowly turn around your eating habits for the better.
