My business is Kilpatrick And Son's Roofing and we undertake all aspects of roofing (flat and pitched) and upvc work such as gutters, soffit, fascia and cladding. We offer a free job portfolio to all clients documenting the work in photographs.

We asked Sam for a roof assessment due to ongoing damp issues in our home. He was very professional and knowledgeable, seeing what the issue was immediately. He was able to advise and offer us option for repair, having a quote to us within a day. Sam booked us in within a few weeks and sent Michael and a labourer on the day to complete the works. The job was done efficiently and very tidily, with them staying until it was done. Sam and Michael were both very helpful and polite.
Mended the the broken tiles I knew of and checked the rest of the roof and will send a breakdown of cost.
Was able to negotiate price for work carried out and Michael cleared the gutters as an added bonus.

Sam is a master of his craft and dedicated to ensuring perfection in his work and absolute customer satisfaction.
The initial work carried out was for a complete revamp of facial and soffit. My house has now gone from a bit of an embarrassment on the street to being a shining example of great workmanship.
