I remember my first day workout with Killian...it was 8 minutes speed intervals. ..and I hardly did 4 minutes and thats all I could do and I was off for 2 hours.
..today I have done:
45 floors
45 push ups
45 burpee
45 box jumps
45 leg raisers
45 sec. dead mill

I worked with Killian earlier this year and he helped me get back on the right track after knee surgery. He put together a tailor made program for me and was a fantastic motivating influence for me and really drove me on to get back into training. It's been slightly over a year since I started training with Killian as part of our Corporate Fitness Program and I am pround tonsay I am a different person today.
Killian has managed to get the consistency in my physical training schedule that I lacked since my younger days. Loosing some flab and getting into older Levis' was an added advantage!
Killian's page gives you that extra motivation you tend you lack, especially over weekends. Exercise plans, diet tips, his own workouts get you going.
Thank you Killian for turning me from couch potato to 'ironman'!

Killian is professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
I have had only 5 sessions with him but plan to have many more!
Up until approximately 2 years ago I trained quite regularly, I then lost all motivation to train and gained considerable weight.
Killian has taken this on board and devised a plan to address my goals.
Since meeting with him I now look forward to training again, miss it when I don't, loosing weight and improving my self-confidence.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Killian to anyone.
