Kids castles is absolutely AMAZING we had buzz lighter & pepper pig for my little girls birthday to our home. from start to finish the whole experience was just perfect the staff was so friendly and so good with the kids. I even had to swap days with very short notice due to the weather and they was so helpful and friendly did everything to please and they definitely did. I have used this company a couple of times now for my daughters party’s and they’re great! Very professional, all the kids loved it from the face painting to the mascots, to a previous poster who complained about the young lad who dresses up as the mascots, we had him as spider man and the kids thought he was amazing, the kids did get over excited with him and they had to be told to calm down a few times but the lad took it well and was really good with them all, he does a really good job of entertaining the kids. We had a twins 1st birthday party and we booked kids-castles for the Mickey and Minnie mascots. The kids absolutely loved them as much as the adults did. We were running behind on schedule and they were so patient and happy to wait for us which made it so much easier for us. We really appreciate it! I hired kids castles yesterday for my Sons 5th birthday party. The service which they provided was AMAZING! Leading up to the party the owner was really easy to get in touch with. On the day of the party the castle was delivered nice and early. I called at half one to ask for the castle to be returned by 3 as the party finished at 2 and they came nice and early at half 2 i was really happy The staff attended early and they were ready and waiting to start when my sons friends got there. The characters interacted with all of the kids well. snow white stood for photos with everyone and spiderman ran around and played on the castle the kids loved them.They also helped with the cake and gave sweets out to the children for me. The children loved their balloons and face painting (the girls were so chatty and friendly they were really nice) The delivery drivers were also friendly and they interacted with my son and family friends well whilst we were setting upWhen the bouncy castle arrived it was in very good condition and was very clean. The guys who delivered it also gave it another clean before leaving ( i was really impressed).Over all our experience was amazing and we were so thankful . I used another company for the candy floss and i was upset that their service was poor (they attended 20 minutes late!) My only regret was not using kids castles for the candy floss aswell because if i did everything would have ran smoothly Once again, thank you again (it was a busy party and I've recommended you to everyone) More...

I had this for my daughters 7th birthday party with her friends they had so much fun!!! Dancing singing drinking kids beer In big people cups and driving around the bus arrived on time was keeped up to date with everythink I needed to know text to say it was outside bus was clean n tidy and the driver was great with all the kids defo would book again thanks Mr party bus

I honestly cant thank kids castles enough!! They were absolutely amazing and organised a fantastic birthday package. We had a bouncy castle, face painting and optimus prime character! ! My son was mesmerised with all of it. My family genuinely were impressed. Dan organised such a great afternoon, the lads who set the bouncy castle were great and Georgia who did the face painting and optimus prime was such a lovely person and very patient with the children. Overall 100 percent fantastic and will definately use again as also optimistic ordering of a company not used before but honestly use these guys they are great!!!! I used kids castles for my daughter's 5th birthday party. I had there DJ service, bouncy castle service and mascot. The DJs were fantastic and catered for all the children at the party with games and sweets aswell as little medals for runners up winners. The mascots were absolutely brilliant and danced with the children when the DJ played the cha cha slide, macarena and the YMCA. Bouncy castle arrived on time and was quickly put up, I had regular emails to confirm my bookings aswell. Face painter was friendly (only complaint is the water to clean her paint brush wasn't changed during the whole 2 hours so the water was unhygenic and dirty) but she was very friendly with the children, same girl was Minnie mouse and for this part I could not fault her one little bit (posed with all the children for pictures, played with them, very patient with them (some of the children have special needs and some of them were rather boisterous) overall we received a good service and the children were all very pleased and enjoyed themselves which is the main thing :)

We had a party for my 4 year old granddaughter. Castle came bright and was set up by 2 lads who were polite and helpful. We had facepainters and tattoos booked for 2pm, the girls turned up on time and were there for 2 hours. They were great. The mascot booked at 4pm came early but said he could wait if we wanted. He was younger than anticipated but im told that he was a replacement for someone who called in sick who they sent rather than cancelling so im happy with that. He played with the kids and my granddaughter love Batman so thats all im bothered about. Collection of the castle was quick and easy.
