What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about the impact spaces have on wellness - in particular how architecture, buildings and interiors have on our workplace wellbeing. I also love to write and have done for as long as I can remember. From blogs and articles to courses, guides and books, I truly enjoy inspiring and educating people about healthy buildings and interiors .
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was promoted at a young age to Director in a marketing agency and quickly learnt the ropes of running a business from there. I saw an opportunity to start up my own business and the rest is history. From there, I co-created one of the UK's first coworking spaces which took me on a new career path focused on creating healthy workspaces. I loved helping self-employed people, remote workers and freelancers in particular to improve their work habits, motivation and mental health.
