My name is Chantelle Apilats and I am the owner of Keystone Event Management. I started this company in 2018, in which I decided to use my skills and experience of planning and coordination to help others in organising events and creating long lasting memories. What became clear to me during the start up of this company is that there is a great deal of pressure of the modern day world. Family, work and finances can constrict the focus we are able to pay to these events. I want to give people resources in which to make these memories.

I started my career in IT, progressed quickly, and I spent 8 years in the Service Management industry, with exposure and qualifications in Project Management (Foundation and Practitioner in Prince 2). This provided me with a unique view of how projects are run, and an understanding of the how decisions that are made in projects can affect actual results. Using the skills that I have learnt in this industry I obtained a diploma in Event Management and planned various successful events.

We are affordable, and will tailor any packages to your needs and your budget. We pride ourselves on Honesty, Leadership, Excellence and leaving you with a feeling of Security.

Services

As the host of your day you have already taken care of the pre-day preparations and do not want precious time taken away from your guests. With this service you are freed up to relax and enjoy your day.
This will include:
Reviewing supplier contracts and contacting each supplier to ensure they are on track
Creation of a detailed timeline of your day
Liaison with venue and suppliers on your behalf arranging schedules for them during the day

Coordination of venue set up and answer questions that may arise from suppliers
Ensuring all duties are fulfilled by all parties
Full assistance to the guests arriving
Toast mastering and any other announcements, should they be required
Discreet handling of unexpected eventualities
Coordinator present on the day

When you would like us to be involved from planning to the finished result this service is for you. This package includes the On the Day Coordination as well as the below services:
Managing Budget
Conducting Research
Suggest an Event Design
Finding a Venue
Arranging food, decor and entertainment
Planning Transportation and Accommodation
Sending Invitations
Coordination of the activities of suppliers
We will keep you informed every step of the way and ensure that you are fully happy with the end result.

Keystone Event Management will offer Event Advice and Guidance. This will include 3 meetings (more available upon request), in which we will meet with you at various intervals and provide guidance on the areas that concern you the most (including but not limited to):
Achieving your budget requirements
Advice for on the day coordination to ensure that service runs smoothly
Things to consider
Timings of the day
Supplier Engagement
We will also provide the planner pack previously mentioned and be available for phone support as and when needed.
