Kevin has gone above and beyond today in servicing our CCTV system and fixing the power supply to one of our Cameras. Every time he comes to one of our services he is always very efficient, professional and polite :)

Just had a burglar alarm fitted by Adam . It is a much easier system than the one we had before and Adam was such a competent, friendly, efficient engineer. He explained everything to us before he left and also cleaned up any dust created. We are really pleased with the alarm and also with Adam who installed it. We recently moved house and one of the first jobs was to have a new alarm system installed. Having used Keybury before we had no hesitation in contacting them to advise on this installation. From the advisor that first came out to see us to all the engineers and staff involved we received a professional and courteous service. Tom was especially helpful all the way through the process managing our needs and expectations. They truly did do everything they could to satisfy the needs of us as a customer. Our recent installation was carried out by Ollie, Luke and Chris and they made the whole process very straightforward. They were polite, timely and very clean and tidy. Our whole experience with Keybury has been excellent from the initial visit from the Surveyor to installation.

On Friday we had a two camera CCTV system installed on our house. The engineer did an excellent job, hosing down the pathway outside the house where the debris had been from drilling and also vacuuming up the mess from drilling indoors. The cables are neatly hidden in conduit which he caulked to help in blend into the wall. The cables leading from the wall to the DVR are neatly tied and labelled. He made sure the cameras where setup exactly how we wanted them.

The system itself is excellent, the cameras are positioned just under the roof eaves, so whilst you can see them they are fairly discrete and don’t make your home look like Fort Knox. The system lets you search your recordings for objects entering or exiting a specific area, movement or someone crossing a virtual line. So far we’ve already discovered we’ve got a Hedgehog :)

Being able to check in on your garden using the remote app is also reassuring. More...

Fantastic service and excellent product. Keybury have been punctual, polite, efficient and generally provided exactly what you would hope for. From the accounts department to the engineer who installed our system they were nothing but considerate and professional. We had a problem with our alarm when it was installed and they swiftly dealt with it and went the extra mile to ensure everything had been fixed. The alarm itself is easy to use and never goes off unexpectedly even with our two cats wandering around. I am sleeping so much better at night now! We had a problem with our regularly serviced alarm system the other day as it wouldn't set and the control panel was showing F4
I called Keybury to report the fault and in just over one hour a friendly guy called Mick Francis appeared to solve the problem for us.
He was very efficient; said it was likely a battery fault - denoted by the F -
went to the control box, checked the battery which had fallen below the minimum required level to run the system, went out to his vehicle to fetch a new battery, put it in, tested the system & job's a good one!

I called Keybury as my CCTV wasn't connecting to my phone. they sent an engineer out who was superb and found the problem with port configuration. I also asked about an alarm upgrade - and they fitted pet sensor PIR and upgraded the alarm to one that can be controlled by my phone - all in all I cannot rate this company enough - a company that does what it says on the tin - brilliant.
