This company agreed to start with us Monday 05/10/2020 and on 07/10/2020 they pulled the contract stating that the person they had hired to do our cleaning had left and they had no replacement.
They have not replied to my emails and they broke there service agreement with us.

Hi Linda, No business wish to receive negative feedback, although in this instance I feel I must respond. At no point did we sign an agreement with you. We agreed to send cover immediately upon your request as you were concerned your Director was visiting. Also, you required a daily deep clean, but were unwilling to pay more than £26 for it. We did our best to help you out in the short term, but you were difficult to please. The amount of work you wanted doing as well as our company providing new equipment and materials as well as an operative was never going to be viable for us to continue. As the owner of the business, if you had contacted me directly then I am sure this could have been resolved before you felt the need to leave a negative review. Your comments have been noted and will be discussed with the team. J Rogers.

The joy (and relief) our customers show when they realise employing the services of a local company does not cost as much as they initially expected!
What inspired you to start your own business?
There was a distinct lack of quality provision for specialist security dog handler teams in the North East. The business is family owned who very much remain an integral part of the operations today.
Why should our clients choose you?
Key Watch Security are a specialist provider of security services in he North East. The business has evolved to include landscaping and cleaning to now provide an all round facilities service. As specialists in our field, we are at the top of our profession. We do not use subcontractors so you can be assured all our operatives are screened and vetted to British Standards 8517 as well as many holding an enhanced DBS check. All customers are provided with the business owners direct telephone number and can be reached 24hrs a day.

We can provide remote CCTV Monitoring via our CAT 2 Monitoring Station with the added extra of Security Dog Handler Response Services.
