Really recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking to try and not just lose weight but completely change the way they think so that you can achieve long lasting goals. Kevin knew with me that there were certain things that would probably never change, but he gave me a new way of thinking so that I could still enjoy doing what I wanted, but I now know how to counteract these bad habits so I can still reach my goals. Training Plan - full exercise regime.

Nutrition Guidance - what you should be eating, and, set calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat targets.

Support - I'm only a quick whatsapp, text, phonecall, etc. away if you need to get in contact.

Weekly Check Ins - to keep you accountable and progressing towards your goals.

Willpower. Consistency. Accountability. Flexible dieting and not them crappy diets where you are not allowed to eat this and that. Throw everything you've ever read "promising this and that" which you may have seen in magazines, books, online,etc... OUT THE WINDOW!!! See the likes of the newest fad diet - forget it! Listen exactly to and implement what I will teach you. Trust in my process.

Putting a smile on a satisfied client's face and achieving with them exactly the body they have only dreamed of having. But remember, it is you that has to put in the effort. Willpower is always required!

I have aways have been a keen lover of fitness and exercise, including playing gaelic football for my own gaelic footballing club. I enjoy helping people and giving them some satisfaction in their lives. It was only right that I became a Personal Trainer to help people that want to succeed in their fitness, and to motivate and assist them in achieving the body they want and have always wanted.

When it comes to your health, wellness and fitness, you want to achieve your desired results, you need motivation and you want to change your mindset for the better. That is where I come in. You get everything from an exercise regime to everything from the nutritional side of things i.e. calories, what you should be eating, etc.
What you learn alongside me, you will have gained valuable knowledge, new insights in what needs to done to look and feel at your best. You will will have this knowledge for the rest of your life!
You'll gain a vast knowledge of exercises, knowledge about nutrition and knowing what to eat, and, utilising perfect technique and form with exercises, so that injury risk is at its minimal.
