Miles and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were highly professional, organised, tidy and kept to timings like clockwork. Communication was excellent as was their problem solving approach. They provided helpful advice and guidance throughout the entire process. They were fantastic in helping to rectify a botch decking job from another company as well as bringing my garden landscaping design to fruition. We used Keston Landscapes a year ago to convert our absolute embarrassment of a front garden into a paved area. We couldn't have a driveway due to restrictions but we also aren't very green fingered so didn't want anything requiring planting. Miles and Simon understood the brief straight away and gave us a quote there and then which we appreciated. Previous landscapers had advised us that we couldn't have a flat path to the front step and that it would take weeks to complete. Miles' team got the whole job done in 5/6 days and were able to give us exactly what we wanted. A low maintenance front garden that looks very smart and is a HUGE improvement on the wreckage that was there before. Now I'm proud when people come to my house instead of highly embarrassed. We had Keston Landscapes level our garden, add a sleeper wall and steps and re-turf the lawn. I cannot rate them highly enough. Miles and the team are brilliant at what they do and have some great ideas. Originally suggested it would take 3-4 days, but done in under 2! We had Keston landscapes redo our driveway this week and we have been very impressed with the hard work and workmanship Miles and his team showed. They arrived early every day and worked solidly, checked in with us often to update us on the work and check that we were happy and were professional and courteous any time we saw and spoke with them. Miles has great vision on landscaping and straight away had lots of ideas for what he could do. Our drive and front garden now looks incredible, our neighbours are very impressed and commented on how polite and professional everyone was too. Miles, Patrick and the team are fantastic, we couldn't recommend them more highly. The finished driveway is excellent and better than we had expected. The project certainly had its challenges as a 30-foot tree had to be removed and the landscape was uneven, sloping some four feet. The turnaround time was remarkable, with Miles giving us a rough estimate of 7 - 10 working days, which we were more than happy with, only for the job to be completed in 6.
