Vicky and the team here at Kent Space are fantastic, they make you welcome, are cheerful and generally create a lovely atmosphere within the building. Very helpful and friendly staff. Never had a problem with Kent Space storing our household goods since going to work abroad in 2005. Returning from working abroad and giving Kent Space notice of my shipment, they made quick it quick and easy to pickup our stuff from the dock by providing a driver with a van and bringing it back to consolidate everything into a larger unit. Amazing service at Kent space, from our initial enquires, to booking, using the storage and even after we were in.Both Vicky, Sue and Debra were really professional, friendly and helpful. We were given a competitive price, great for the service received and the condition and security of the facility. We had a couple of delays and needed to see the space a couple of times, but nothing was too much trouble. The building has really good security features for peace of mind. 24 hour access, we’ve not yet needed but may be useful in the future. Its nice to know the option is there on days we might need to get in, out of the hours of 9-5.It feels clean and well maintained, somewhere I’m happy to leave belongings knowing that they’re secure and will stay in good condition.Using the facility is really easy, It’s great being able to come and go but have helpful staff there when needed. I was very impressed by the prompt replies received from Debra and also by the fact she went beyond the call of duty by very kindly agreeing to meet our removal men onsite on a Sunday (when the office is normally closed) to take delivery of our belongings. It was very much appreciated - especially as it was during a period of very inclement weather! The prices are reasonable too and they ensured the right size unit was used for our furniture, which meant we didn't incur needless costs for a larger unit - a couple of other firms had suggested we needed a bigger unit than was necessary for our belongings. Got some storage yesterday. A stressfull day , was greeted by Debbie, extremley professional and catered for all our needs, made us feel at ease and took time to talk to us and show us around the facility before we signed up, this proved valuable as we went to a bigger unit after seeing the one we intended to use. Needing to organise some temporary storage at short notice on behalf of my Mother and sister for a house move I contacted a few companies in Ashford. While the prices were roughly the same between companies, Kent Space were way ahead in terms of the facility, the services offered and accessibility. From the moment I spoke to Olivia I felt we were in excellent hands. Nothing was too much and we were made to feel very welcome. The convenience of 24/7 accessibility was important to us and, Gary, the maintenance chap, assured my Mother, who is in her 80s, that he was invariably on site during the day if she needed assistance. Outside office hours help was only a phone call away. The facility is very modern and all units are monitored.Up or downsizing was not a problem either, should it be required. Excellent customer service all the way at Kent Space, from my initial phone call to the end of my contract. Sabrina and Olivia were always helpful and never failed to patiently answer my numerous questions about payment, drop-off, extension of rental space, access times, man& van service. ..I was a difficult client because I didn't even know how much space I would need, or how long for! I am please recommend Kent Space to anyone wants to store their possession safely and conveniently. Olivia has been wonderful, she showed me round when I was first showing an interest, she has answered all my queries and quickly sorted out a little problem that occurred once. The premises is always clean and bright. It is very easy to enter with the access code, and I love the convenience of being able to go to drop off things or pick things up after I have finished work late in the evening. My room is clean and a good size with an easy to operate door and I feel the security measures good and all my things stored there are safe. Great service and staff - and 24-7 access is brilliant. We popped by one night at about 11pm and helped ourselves, also over a Bank Holiday. With automatic keypads and unique entry pin-numbers and CCTV and climate controlled the facility is very safe and accessible.
