We live in America so sorting out wedding details can be a little challenging. We found these guys online and we were very happy! The car arrived with bows and ribbons and looked fab! All our bags and luggage were loaded into the car before we'd even got outside the castle. We had a sparkler send-off, so Paul was more than happy to wait while we all played with sparklers in the rain! I would like to thank Paul and Kent Prestige Cars for the excellent service he provided during my airport transfer last night. My flight back to Gatwick was delayed by around 3 hours and I eventually landed at 1am this morning. I was tired and had been awake almost 24 hours by that time. Paul had monitored my flight, was at the airport to meet me on time and drove me home safely in a very smart Audi A8 which was very spacious and immaculately clean. I have used KPC since 2015, Paul is excellent and always on time. The onboard WiFi is great when driving around the M25 with limited phone signal to check and send emails. Paul keeps you up to date with his arrivals via SMS and monitors your flights to make sure he is always on time. I personally always use the meet and greet service Paul offers as after a long flight from the states Paul is there waiting with my Costa (my request but he really is a great guy and will do anything you ask within his means!). So if you have used the rest I urge you don't bother.... and use the BEST... Kent Prestige Cars... all the way for me! 10/10 5 STAR. More...

Paul was a pleasure to deal with from my first enquiry email, to the completed drop off from Heathrow Airport to our home. He was incredibly prompt at coming back to me with a quotation and any subsequent queries, and was happy to meet my husband and I inside Heathrow airport rather than wait outside in a pick up bay.

I commend Paul for accepting and confirming the chauffeur booking by email without requesting full payment in advance, unlike some local taxi companies I use regularly! It was refreshing to speak to a professional organisation who didn’t treat me like a school-kid booking a long distance taxi journey for a prank!

At the airport, Paul was polite, well dressed, friendly, and professional upon his greeting. He immediately relieved me of my luggage which he carried all the way to the car, and was a pleasure to speak to on the way home. The vehicle was in great condition, and very clean, so it was a pleasure to settle into such comfort after a 12 hour flight.

Kent Prestige Taxi’s may be just a little more expensive than your local taxi company, but the vehicle class and standard of service is so much better, that it’s worth the little extra.
