Had to get my lovely 90 year old Mum in law down to Parkstone for a family party and was unaware that this company had a wheelchair taxi until a rival firm told me to call them, all arranged by email cab duly turned up driven by the boss no less, all superb, having worked in the hospitality industry all my life I understand customer service and this firm has it right.
