A balanced diet is paramount to every individual’s physical and mental well-being, however, the term “healthy diet” has very often been used incorrectly to describe diets that are too restrictive and lack basic nutrients, let alone flavours and taste. As a result, most feel miserable about the idea of being on a “healthy diet” and are willing to be on one, only for a specific period or until they reach a specific health goal, only to start from zero again after a few months.

In contrast, I know that a healthy and balanced diet is not a short-term fix and is not based on prescriptive menu plans but a long-term solution to reaching optimal health.

Having worked in hospitality for years and partnering with chefs that have worked in Michelin-star restaurants I can help my clients to follow a healthy, nutritious, tasty and personalised to their needs diet effortlessly, what's more, I teach them to eat intuitively which is the only way for reaching a metabolically healthy weight.

What I love most about my job is seeing the physical and mental transformation in the clients that I help. People feel more empowered with the newfound knowledge they get from the consultations with me and know that they can achieve their health goals and sustain long-term results even years after their last consultation with me.

My personal health journey has inspired me to study Nutritional Therapy and start my clinic which allows me to reach out to as many people as possible and help them to overcome their gut and metabolic health concerns.

Having been trained with the Functional Medicine approach and with a background in business and hospitality, I thrive on interpreting the client’s needs and goals and I offer attainable step-by-step personalised plans while looking for the root causes of their health concerns which will allow for long-term results.

I never recommend complicated menu plans / extreme lifestyle changes or blanket protocols. Each client is unique.

I provide 1:1 Nutritional and Lifestyle advice using the Functional Medicine approach, according to which I identify the root causes of your symptoms and help you manage these rather than managing your symptoms alone.

I offer packages tailored to your health goals that have long-term results and are not based on prescriptive menu plans that do not work. These are discussed in the free discovery call.

This service is beneficial to busy clients who are new to nutritional therapy advice and are unsure as to whether their current weekly staples are beneficial to their health concerns eg cooking oils, free-form products, etc.

This service is beneficial for busy clients who don't have the time or find it overwhelming to buy all the necessary ingredients which are important to follow their new dietary plan, while they also find challenging reading food labels.

In collaboration with a skilled chef, this service will be provided to individuals who want to improve their cooking skills at the convenience of their own home. This is beneficial for clients that lack basic cookery skills, which could inhibit the overall success of the recommended dietary protocols.
