I worked in the corporate world for 19 years and even though I loved my job in the finance industry it wasn't making me feel fulfilled. One day I woke up and knew that there was more to my life. Even though I had a good career, a husband I adore, a beautiful son and a house we loved, something felt missing, I felt lost and disconnected from myself.

I hired a coach and went on a journey of self discovery 4 years ago which helped me see things from a new perspective and find life with purpose. This lead to me want to change careers and become a coach myself so I can help others to do the same.

I started my business as a digital marketing strategist and web designer following my corporate career. Once I become an accredited life coach I added this service to my clients which became more successful than I could have imagined.

My programmes are designed to be both powerful and transformational. They have evolved and been adapted to give amazing results.
My coaching style is very intuitive allowing the programme to unfold naturally as every person I work with is unique.
You also get support between sessions as my experience has proven that this journey can bring up the unexpected and having someone there to hold space for you when that happens is comforting.

Almost all of my sessions are online as I work with people all over the world. However, my local clients do have face to face sessions with me so I am able to working in this way should you be local.
