Covering various therapy needs, especially for patients with medical conditions. I am an Exercise Referral Specialist & qualified to help with several conditions including: obesity, diabetes, back pain, arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, COPD, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, depression, anxiety, stress & many more!
After gaining 12 years experience in personal training, I have a strong foundation of knowledge. As well as this, I can also provide rehabilitation work, stretching & flexibility.
Qualified all as a Nutritional Therapist, and can work with patients to adapt diet to reduce symptoms of medical conditions. This is done by completing a Nutritional Deficiency Assessment, food diaries & tackling the cause of symptoms, with a hope of eliminating them!
All work with my patients are specific for their needs & the programme designed is unique to them.
I now have a fully online nutrition portal, where patients can complete forms, food journals, meal plans, programmes, and support - therefore I can help people, wherever they are!

I am on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) & apart of the Health Science Academy.
My clinics are based in Bagshot & Wokingham, however I can do home visits if this is easier. I cover Ascot, Bracknell, Warfield, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Yateley & Reading (or any places in between!)
