I specialise in women and am a trauma informed personal trainer. I like making movement comfortable and relatable so that it feels good and you want to do more of it.

Consistency is the underlying principle that brings about success most quickly. So developing strategies for implementing consistency is important whilst also holding space for the reality that change is hard.

Every client is different. I'm always learning and improving my skills because of the different scenarios they bring to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Just believing in myself and the value I bring to my clients.

If they think we'll be a good fit. I am down to earth. I like to tell it like it is but also hold space when the situation calls for compassion.

Yes, my sessions are online. I meet every 2 weeks for 30 minutes with a client so that you have time to make observations and take action based on what we've discussed. The heart of this work is being able to trust yourself again and the believing the choices you make for yourself are serving whom you'd like to become.
