Keith Chaston Hypnotherapy

I booked a session with Keith for past life regression. I was initially extremely comfortable in his company and he made me feel welcome.
We started with small talk regarding the virus and agreed on a dark energy. He then tied this into ascension and Atlantians. He discussed Atlantians in depth with no other mention of other lives other than those tied to dragons and survivors. I felt as though he was steering me in that one direction.
I was unable to see any other lives as all I could sense was a dark wave.
The session ended
A week later I was informed via email that I had walked into that wave and killed myself, thus gaining ascension.
I find that a monstrous claim to justify being unable to send me into a trance, I also feel it's a dangerous claim to make that suicide in this life guarantees utopia in the next. More...

Keith provided a very safe and comfortable space for my regression session - I don't just mean physically, but emotionally too. Keith has a lovely, warm and gentle manner and guided me to get the most out of my session while also providing some insight at the end. Keith is genuinely interested in helping his clients reach the next step in their spiritual development, whatever that may be. I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who is new to regression or anyone who wishes to dip their toe into it again, as I did. I have just finished reading Keith Michael Chaston book. "The Reincarnation of Saint Bernadette" It is a book that I would recommend anyone to read and I am eagerly a waiting for his next book to be published this year.

As much as i have had a past life regression from Keith Michael Chaston which was fabulous, today I would like to review Michaels book, The Reincarnation of Saint Bernadette. I feel its also appropriate here being a past life regression Book. This is a book about a past life hypnosis that leads us back to Lourdes, France in the year 1858 A local person here in the North East of England was able to clearly communicate to Keith, snippets from her life as Bernadette. Keith has a way with words and i found myself mesmerized by every sentence. i am not a religeous person, although i do believe and always have there is certainly more to life and death than most of us expect so this book had me feeling so alive and spiritual wanting to read more. As the story takes "Kathryn" back to her past life, it build up a picture so clearly of her life, i felt all the way through that i was walking, talking, crying, laughing and living with Kathryn from the very first chapter. It was little hypnotic (smile) Keith has a natural ability to use his given spiritual hypnosis, combined with his questioning skills. it draws the reader in. Its a book that comes from the heart of Kathryn and i do thoroughly believe that this little book is meant to be read by many people. As we say here in the North East, " dont knock it til you have tried it". When you read it, you will want more. The next step hypnosis!!! More...
