I spent a lot of time looking for a good heating and plumbing engineer to remove an existing storage heating system and replace it with a central heating system.

My request was sent to three engineers all of whom contacted me to follow up. As soon as I spoke to Kevin I took to him because he provided me with a lot of confidence. Kevin was very knowledgable and he didn’t disappoint when he came to assess the property to provide a quote. Kevin is polite, professional, friendly and he goes above and beyond to get the job completed to your satisfaction.

Kevin and his team worked fast, they did the job in two days and they were very respectful of the property, making sure not to cause any damage. Where they needed to drill holes they filled them in.

I was impressed with the job and how well they tidied up and removed all waste.

Kevin replaced our old combi boiler with a new Vaillant boiler.
He has done a great job, he was clean, tidy, on time, polite and very helpful explaining all the options and the job he was doing, last but not least the price was reasonable, we are extremely pleased and we couldn’t ask more

I spoke to Kevin and he attended my home on the said day. We discussed having a new heating system installed. He arrived on time and started work on installing the new radiators and pipes downstairs and upstairs. On the second day he laid the pipes and on the third day he ripped out the old blow out system and installed the new boiler. Third day finalised the instalation and all radiators were up and running by the fourth day. As Kevin worked he tidyed up after himself. He kept you informed about what his planed work was for the following day. A radiator was not the right size and he was quick to rectify it to ensure the appropriate size was instauled to ensure the maximum heating was generated in the room. The invoice was for the flute to be positioned on the wall. However when he reviewed it he moved the flute to the roof and did not charge any additional money. Most of all I had a flood and had to move all my downstairs stuff upstairs. Kevin worked around the situation. I was very apprehensive about having such comprehensive work undertaken, but I do recommend KcB Plumbing and heating Ltd as a company to trust to undertake installing a full central heating system in your home.
