Arrived & put French drain channel in. No problem. Said he would be back next day to do the pointing on the wall I asked for Rang me & said he had van issues but would be back the following week to do the pointing. No show & no phone call to explain. Three more times I had to ring him as there was no show on promised dates & no phone call to explain.
